Several bonuses have been structured into it and, as a rule, they are related to recruitment, using direct compensation by offering bonuses as an aid to new distributors and encouraging cooperation on their part. Starting and recruitment bonuses are rather typical with MLM, and they provide a “break even” bonus as well.
Yoli has also created the Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus (UEMB) as a special incentive to its top distributors, allowing them to receive additional compensation based on the performance of the distributors they have sponsored, and those they, in turn, have sponsored under the binary plan. Based on a distributor’s qualifications, it pays incremental depth and percentages on an ongoing basis.
